You might be able to get a free cell phone Question: Cell Phones So many answers depend upon having a cell phone. What if I don't have a cell phone? Answer:  A cell phone, if charged, can be used to dial 911 whether you have paid service or not. Since any cell phone that is charged can call 911, when you get a new cell phone, don't toss it. Please donate it to any YWCA or ALIVE SHELTER. Old cell phones are distributed to those who might need them to call 911.
